Richard Howard

Richard is a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager and has spent the last 30+ years working as a Facilities Maintenance Manager/Director. He is a graduate of the New Hampshire Vocational Technical College, where he received certification in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Manchester School of Technology, where he earned a New Hampshire Master Plumbing license. He is currently employed as a Senior Safety, Health and Environmental Program Manager at BAE Systems. He lives with his wife, Gina, and their dog, Pearl, in Fremont, New Hampshire.

As a close personal friend of the Phaneuf family, Richard is honored to be a part of this organization in memory of Captain Ryan Phaneuf.
